If you need extra support during cold season I recommend making this smoothie recipe.
1/2 an apple
1/2 an orange
1/2 a carrot
Water or milk of choice
Protein powder of choice (optional)
Cut up fruits and carrot into chunks, smaller for less powerful blenders. Add fruits and carrot to blender, then water or milk. Add protein powder and blend.
